6th Session of 10th Executive Council of PSC took place in Nanjing

The sixth Session of the tenth Executice Council of PSC is held in Nanjing on October 14th, 2012. The members of the 10th standing council and other delegates attend this session. They are: honorary member the council Mu Xinan, director Yang Qun, vice-directors Tong Jinnan and Sun Ge, secretary-general Wang Yongdong, standing council members Bai Zhiqiang, Huahong, Wan Xiaoqiao, Wang Yuanqing, Sun Bainian, Chen Xiaohong, Liu Jiarun, Wang Xiangdong and Yuan Xunlai, and department directors Yang Shuyi and Huang Yu of China Association for Science and Technology.

Mu Xinan gave an introduction about the preparation of the book “History of Chinese Palaeontology”. The standing council heard and deliberated the annual report of PSC and the preparative work report of the Joint International conference of the Palaeontological Society of China and the Palaeontologische Gesellschaft.
